SSH Secure Shell Host

I am attempting to upload my site using SSH Secure Shell version 3.2.9. It is asking me for a host name, a user name, a port number, and an authentication method.

I am pretty sure that the port is 21 and the authentication method is password. However, I do not know what the host name is. Does anyone know?

Filling in your subdomain (subdomain.frih.net), the ip address of the server(216.32.85.170) or ftp.subdomain.frih.net should be working.
