you need a decoder only? or are you capturing video, so need to encode/decode? if you have material you just need to decode, either buy the app or DL from somewhere, i don't think they make freeware ones. BUT, if you are encoding/decoding, i would suggest switching away from MJPEG altogether, and try huffyuv. it is open/free, and lossless, so ideal for the initial capture before you filter/compress the video. good luck!
