Try this to make your site look better (and more trustworthy)
1) no more moving graphics. Wer'e not in the '90s anymore.
2)Try this neat trick:
-before the main text of the page put this:
-where tbback.png is a gradient that fades from whatever to transparent.
-put this after the main text of the site:
This will give your text a nice background without making it harder to read, or breaking up the structure of the page.
(it's best to use a horizontal gradient at least as wide as your text when on a high-reselution display)

im not saying it is but this looks like so much of a scam just the whole website looks fake especially with the moving graphics that came straight out of the 90's.
