BFG Nvidia 6800

Hi there I got this BFG 6800OC and I hav seen at many other site and forums saying that I could open the remaning 4 pipelines and the vertex pipes. Cool

Has any one of you tried this with the BFG 6800OC. Question

If you have please tell me how did U get it and is there any artifact after words. Coz some says that you should just leave the 6800 with out massing with it's pipelines coz U end up massing up you card.

Yes. I've tried it. With no luck.

At another forum there seems to be a good amount of people who have. But right now its a pretty decent card...and until it becomes COMPLETELY obsolete, dont push it too hard.

Pipelines seem to be the key to performence. (not to say you should open yours) but more always seem better. I think some company should make a 20 pipeline card at 600mhz. Just see if it can make a computer explode Smile

I know they try to overclock CPU's to 7 Ghz...well they should cool a video card with liquid nitrogen and see how fast they can get it Very Happy
