I dont know whether anyone else has noticed this but seamingly almost 50% of the design contest posts start life as a marketplace post!
My suggestion:
Either Define what the marketplace is for (selling your service) and what the contest forum is for (offering fri$ in exchange for something) or merge the two forums...the latter makes more sence to me...
