Could Bondings put in an interface on the FriHost website where we can reset our accounts and do the things that we would normally have to report in the Hosting Support forum instead of overworking the Admins/Moderators.
I thought that this would be useful because I need my account reset often because there are folders that would not delete or because of FTP glitches or in case I forget my password.
You could have everyone choose a secret question and type in the answer when they sign up and they can use the secret Question and answer to log in.
