A quick reply option may be included in your site which lets you reply with only text. I needn't have to load a new page every time i need to reply.

On this subject... Then again maybe not - is there a set time we must wait before posting? What if you added a 60 second wait before you could post a new thread/reply (unless it's already in action)... That ought to lessen the spam at least a little, making it easier to control.
Flood control that's that we call it. And I think typically it will take about 60 seconds or more. Depending on how you set the Forums up.
