mp3s

I had been intending to apply for web hosting to hold my personal study notes. These are notes I've made whilst reading books and listening to public lectures. The copyright of these notes obviously belongs to myself.

As part of these resources, I had planned to include "audio book" versions of the notes, in the form of mp3s, which I have generated using software (omnibook) which I own.

Will this violate the FriHost rules?

TIA

After getting hosted you will have to request it in the 'request an account change' forum. Then you should put them in one directory together with a legal.txt file claiming that you own the copyright, it is that they are recorded notes.

thanks. That's much more hopeful than I expected!

Will do...
