Uploading???

Hi
I need some help with uploading my site to frihost. I have made it on Frontpage 03 and saved it in the normal folders (my web pages in My Docs). I was wondering if you could upload the site onto this site, if so, how???

Simply copy all files in your web folder and paste them in the \public_html directory of your frihost site (using FTP).
