I need a program for building my site...
I don't know if naming my index page "index.html" will make him my homepage, i don't know what's this SSL, i don't undertand anything in PHP, MYSQL and these stuff... please, help me.

You should place your index.html or index.php page in the public_html directory. Currently there should be a default welcome index.html page in there.

You use MySQL to make CMS'es, forums and galleries to work. (wrong spelled?). Its a to tell, but why don't you visit www.w3schools.com? There you'll find almost everything you want to know about webhosting!

yeah, i know this site... i'm planning to make an RPG game maybe, with SQL for the logins.
