I dont really understand it, it says i have to be an active member of the forums, which i most probably will be anyway, not too sure on the point situation though?

Points go down at a slow rate (Something like 1.25 everyday or something like that), if you dont post and it reaches some really low number in the negatives, you lose your hosting.
