can some one design me a simple html web page or a series of images...

theme = mobile dj.... but underground music like drum and bass and hardcore not pop or commercial music rubbish lol...

is there a way using java.. having a black site n moving green laser beams over the top of the background or over the whole site...??

design should be banner across the top - centered with the button on the left ascending...

thanks im offering 60 fri$ at the moment but wen complete i will give more.. providing its worthy of course lol
