Dr. Dre + Eminem havent really decided which one ... but as a team they are awesome ...
Back when Motograter was Indy they had Zak on rap vocals, he was great.
I really like Common and the Roots...
My all time favourite rapper has to be - Tupac
Some others who i think are realy good ->
Snoop Dogg ( Deathrow era 90`s ) Everything after is garbage. But DPG Reunited so he could get back to his old style wich i love
Kurupt ( DPG member )
Daz ( DPG member )
Badazz ( former DPG )
Talib Kweli
Nas
Never thought I'd post in a thread about rappers...
Recently I was "introduced" to Eminem and he sort of stuck on. I'm not into hip-hop of any sort, but Em's got something special going on.. The person introducing me to him is a girl, and I think that had a big part in it, although I've heard a few songs before that I liked, but never really took any action with after I heard them.
50 cent seems to be growing on me now
but eminem songs i didnt really like untill his recent ones
50 cent?? Really, like I gave the guy too many chances to straighten his sh*t out. He's just not making the cut--- or he's just going the wrong direction. He's too hungry for money that he doesn't care how idiotic his songs are- just to be sold in the mainstream.
The only song I like from the guy was "Hate it or Love it" with Game. Game's album "The Documentary" was so critically acclaimed that Fiddy got so jealous that he wanted more credit from the album's production (also to gather more cheese since his "massacre" album is a favorite "piss" target for critics). As a result, the Game separated from G-g-g-g-g-unit!!! That group sucks anyway.
Of all that aftermath crap, the only artist that I find easier to listen to is Eminem- although he acts like a moron most of the time.
hiphop reformists:
Fort Minor - Cigarettes
Jurassic 5 - WOE is me
....
add any song that speaks the truth of the sh*t that hiphop's in today.
