US Boder Patrol Kills a man

maclui
A man trying to cross the south border of the United States illegally got shot and killed by a border patrol officer. Not much detail has been informed except that He was shot on the back and the US agent said he (the victim) was attacking him with (big) rocks. What do you think about it? Was this murder intentional? Now that a growing xenophobic feeling in the US is arousing it makes you wonder what really happened.

It's a start...

Perhaps it's retaliation for things like this...

Quote:
OFFICER SHOT, KILLED IN HUNT FOR ILLEGAL AILEN… Dallas police Officer Brian Jackson died of a wound to his right underarm, near his protective vest. Juan Lizcano, a 28-year-old Mexican IMMIGRANT, was being held at Lew Sterrett Justice Center on charges of capital murder and aggravated assault.

Quote:
Kris Eggle, while on patrol, was murdered at Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument by a Mexican drug dealer/assassin, when he stumbled upon a shipment that was crossing the border.

Quote:
April 29th, 2002, Los Angeles County Deputy David March, was shot and killed on duty, during a routine traffic stop at 10:30 in the morning. He was shot in the side of his chest, where the vest did not cover, then executed in the head. His killer, Armando Garcia, fled the scene. He fled to Mexico at the advice of his friends. Mexico will not extradite him for fear of his execution at the hands of the American judicial system. Armando Garcia is also wanted in connection with two attempted murders and a weapons charge. He has be deported three times and continues to enter the United States.

Quote:
ittle Madelyn Cumpston is sitting next to a statue of her older sister Annie, who was killed in a hit-and-run accident. Six-year-old Annie was struck and killed in downtown Baltimore as she and her family were leaving the circus March 22. Diaz, the man who hit the girl, has been in the United States illegally for four years doing construction work. When Diaz was arrested, he did not have a driver's license, the tags on the truck were expired and his blood-alcohol level was 0.07 percent, just below the state limit of 0.08.

Quote:
Sean Marti, just 24 years old, and his daughter Sage, 5 months old, were killed February 27 by a drunk illegal alien who was driving the wrong way on Highway 84 in Idaho. Natalie Marti was in a coma after the head-on crash. Mrs. Mart had attended college in Boise while she and Sean managed an apartment complex.

Quote:
Christina Long's body was found face down in a creek in Greenwich, Connecticut, after she was killed by asphyxiation. Christina, aged 13, met her killer, Saul Dos Reis, through the internet in a chat room. He strangled the sixth-grader and then dumped the body not far from his home. The killer is a Brazilian national who evidently overstayed his visa by several years and legally should be deported when he completes his sentence.

Quote:
Angie Leon was shot to death May 19, 2003, in her Nampa, Idaho, apartment by her husband. He was convicted on March 18, 2002, in the District Court in Canyon County for possession of a controlled substance, making him an aggravated felon under INS laws calling for mandatory detention and institution of deportation proceedings. Those deportation proceedings were never instituted even though INS was aware of the case.

Quote:
Sister Helen Chaska was murdered in late summer 2002 by being strangled with her rosary beads — the beads were found imbedded in her neck. She was also raped, as was another nun who accompanied Sister Helen during walking prayers. Both women were in Klamath Falls, Oregon, doing missionary work when the crimes occurred. Her accused murderer is Maximiliano Esparza, who is in the United States illegally, and was convicted in 1988 of robbery and kidnapping in Los Angeles. He was sentenced to six years in prison, was released in 1992 and was on probation until 1995.

Quote:
Reynaldo Elias Rapalo, aka the Shenandoah serial rapist, is an illegal immigrant from Honduras who was living in Little Havana. The 32 year old had a VISA which had expired. He reportedly has several addresses in Little Havana and outside the city. DNA evidence has tied one suspect to seven rapes of victims between the ages of 11 and 79 since September 2002, including three young girls who were attacked in the span of four weeks in May and June.

Self defense is viable. For performing his duty he might win kudos. This was NOT murder. It was most likely intentional.

Criminals in the course of their crime ought not throw rocks at law enforcement agents

duh

thats a nice collection of headlines , dyk3n3ss....but are you saying that american citizens dont commit crimes ? YOU ****** MORON. and who's buying the drug shipment off that mexican bandito ? american citizens. maybe if american citizens had the freedom to do with their bodies what they wished , they wouldnt have to line a sociopaths pocket with cash. good ole , american cash. the green stuff.

Lots of material here to talk about:

Firstly, I believe ( and it is true that what I believe may not necessarily be right ), but a nation has a right to do whatever it chooses to do with its borders.

To shoot a person and kill him for hurling rocks at you is however NOT self defense.

Self defense would have been grabbing some rocks and hurling them back.

And since this man WAS a border security officer I presume he had a radio to call 3 or 4 of his buddies to help contain this man.

A person punches you...you do NOT kill him...you would be expected to beat the pulp out of him.

Do not assume riyadh that everyone is ignorant on South-Asian affairs.Bangladesh is currently under seige by Islamic Extremists, its own Government is fighting against it.The Indian Government claims that several individuals and Islamic Organisations headquarters supply monetary and weapons assistance across the border.

The above effectively rules out your " everyday for no reason ".

Perhaps you mean Revenge Killings?

Perhaps you know that to kill for revenge is Unlawful In A Democracy/The USA?

Or maybe you don't really " give a rat's *ss " about Democracy?

Hmm...Revenge killings...

The Nazis did it.

The Warlords of Afghanistan still do it.

Its a family thing...to kill for Revenge across the Middle East.

so WHY SHOULDN'T WE?

we might as well bring ourselves down

to the level that our enemies are at

who cares that we are trying to be

good human beings

not to mention trying to stay within precincts of the boundaries

WE OURSELVES defined in the GENEVA CONVENTION ( relating to human rights in time of war )

or the Fundamental Declaration Of Human Rights

No

No

We must have Revenge.

We as Americans

don't Fund these illegal aliens either

we don't buy from them drugs that you find in each and every elementary school across the nation.

And we don't run sweatshops in Mexico that ensure all other local economy stays undeveloped.

Thanks for Playing...the game of revenge.

P.S And while your out there just remember the religion that you love to live by asks you not to kill for revenge.Amen.

I find dificult to understand, the logic of revenge. People find this confusing too because they tend to define justice with it. There must be reasons but I do not get it.

The US construction industry has become dependant on Mexican labor and there seems to be no way out of this dilemma.

Not only the construction sector. Also the agricultural sector and some services as well.

Yes there is a way. it is to pay higher wages, hire more employees but it is so unconvenient that it has helped keep the actual growing mexican inmigration rate so steady (until now).
