Anyone Using Simple PHP Blog

Hi,
I was wondering if any of you are using SimplePHPblog.
I've been having some problems I just successfully installed it and so on but when I actually go to add an entry one of 2 things happen when I get to this page:
Confirm Trackback Pings
These are the Auto-Discovered URIs you're about to ping. If you do not want to ping a certain URI, uncheck it below. Then press the 'OK' button to ping the checked URIs or press 'Cancel' to not ping at all.

1. I hit OK and I get this:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/mstreet/domains/marshastreet.com/public_html/add_cgi.php on line 45

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/mstreet/domains/marshastreet.com/public_html/add_cgi.php:45) in /home/mstreet/domains/marshastreet.com/public_html/scripts/sb_login.php on line 201

2. I hit cancel and I get nothing.

Are there any suggestions or workarounds to this. I'd really appreciate your help.
