K2 Theme for Wordpress

K2 is not really just a theme - its more of a template for other plugins. If you've been up on Wordpress development, K2 is Kubrick's predecessor, adding Wordpress 2.0 support and tons of features. Theres lots of plugins that are written specifically for k2, so check them out.

Originally, i wasn't too crazy about K2, and i never liked the idea of Kubrick. However, I was enlightened and my unbelief thrown out the window after using K2. Check it out at http://binarybonsai.com/wordpress/k2/

k2 is a wordpress mod that makes your blogging experience much like www.blogger.com 's instead of wordpress. And I don't like it. But there's not much to say about it actually, it's a use-ir-or-lose-it thing.

I've never used K2, although I do use Wordpress. I don't actually understand what exactly it does, and I don't think I'll ever want to use it anyway seeing as I try to avoid using templates if possible.

1.) The template looks like crap in IE (Big Surprise, I Know...)
2.) The AJAX they've used can be replicated with PHP and HTML... Unnecessary use of AJAX is a bad thing. Let's not ruin Web 2.0 while it's still in beta...
