Problem with Mambo/Joomla Menu

I want some easy thing
1) i want to set that this menu will be displayed in this section only, but i don't want to set it to every content item to display this menu

2) i don't want to set every item to be in menu
is there something like section menu
all categories end items in one place without work?

something like this

topmenu> cars | planes | about
section cars
menu items
    car1
    car2
    car3





topmenu> cars | planes | about
section planes
menu items
    plane1
    plane2
    MIG21





and I don't want to say to every car item to display cars menu

and with every topmenu category is connected one or more left menus

and when it is at http://www.joomla.org/
I thing it must be easy to do:)

My suggestion is making a submenus...coz plane1,plane2,MIG21 are submenu of planes...
you could do this in INfinity Menus Module or any same modules...
In menu manager....you could set plane1 as submenus....you could set the parent item....in ADD MENU ITEM....

Top menu is already in the Menu manager ....
if not go to Modules then Site modules... It is not publish may be...publish it....
