What's the best software for SEO tasks such as:

checking PR
finding where in Google search results your site is located
analyzing keyword frequency on your pages
etc

I don't know about software, however there is an extension for Firefox called, "SEO Open."

I recommend to first get firefox Smile

, then to search for the SEO Open Extension.

There are several sites to aid you as well, for example: SEOChat.com; SearchEngineWriting.com, and others
