I have installed a phpbb forum, how can I change te language from english to Dutch?

You'll need these two packs and just put the first into the /languages/ directory and the second in /templates/ directory.
Language pack:

Style pack:
http://www.phpbb.com/files/releases/language_packs/lang_dutch.zip
After all this is done you can just change the language you want in ur profile.
