Where did you get this program from?

Anyway can you still run the gallery?

You might want to download another copy and retry it. It looks to me that your file is corupted. Or reupload the files again. Try BINARY MODE! See it that will help. I know I run into snags too with G2. I had it integrated into my CMS. But for some reason it giving error dispplaying page after integration so, I revert back to version 1.5.1. It's not as pretty as G2, but it's works.

I'm assuming that you uploaded the files since I'm pretty sure you cannot extract from a ZIP or GZ archive (since FRIH doesn't provide the command line shell access to do things like this).

So some of your files did not upload correctly (i.e. they are 0KB on your site, probably). If you click on the [+] icon it will tell you which files are corrupted and you can upload them again.
