networking a game
well probably you have to check on the file system of the windows XP.. if you will be networking Windows 9x and win ME with the Windows XP, make sure that the windows XP's file system is in fat32.. basically, if the windows XP is in NTFS, it will seek security from the computers that will try to connect to it.. also, make sure that the NWLink IPX/SPX/Netbios compatible transport protocol connection is properly installed on both OS'es.. if i were you, just upgrade the winME to windows XP since the minimun requirement of win XP is just 233Mhz.. Anyway, are you talking about the original Red Alert II game? or the one with the Add-ons. like Yuri's Revenge?..
