Yes, you may transfer your site over to Frihost provided if it does not break the ToS - http://www.frihost.com/tos.php
And just to add on to what n0obie said, you must transfer your site manually, frihost does not provide any service that does it for you. It isn't difficult though, if that is what you are worried about, as long as you have the original files on your computer.
And if you don't got the files on your computer you can download.
