Anybody can view a powerpoint presentation using the (Free) powerpoint viewer. Search and you shall find....

Any powerpoint presentation can be saved as a web page, so then anybody with a web browser can view the presentation...

If you go to Microsoft.com and search for Powerpoint viewer, you'l find a download that will allow the third party to see your presentation.

It's not a big file and can be downloaded easily.

I hope this helps.

if you make some .exe people with macintosh or linux (or other systems) won't be able to read the file.
If you keep the ppt extension, they can use the free office suite www.openoffice.org to read it.
