Website Header design contest - [CLOSED-No suitable entries]

I am almost finished with a redsign of my website and need a header
graphic. The site is tableless CSS that dynamically expands/contracts
based on the size of the browser.

Although I don't have a lot, all my FriH$ will go to the best submission.

Contest ends January 31, 2006.

In order to be scalable, submissions can only be in Illustrator or EPS
format.

Resizing images dynamically makes for some pretty nasty visuals... Shocked

You might want to concider setting the size of at least the title/header graphic to a constant, or whatever i do will look appauling once on your page...

EDIT: GIMP wouldnt open the.ai file (some wierd errors) so im re-drawing the logo thingy...

I was just wondering:

couldnt i perhaps send it as a .png instead...im having some trouble with creating an *.eps that adobe reader will read?

They arent amazing but with the black border on your page they should hopefully look pretty decent...

You must include the main logo as well as the MSBL/MABL logo in the header.

I'm on it. Making one in flash... but will convert it to .jpg and .png.

Ok - the first one is in .jpg format and the second is in .png format. If you don't like the font and want to change it, I'll easily change it. If you can, specify what font, and where I can download it from (I suggest browsing through www.1001freefonts.com).
If there is anything else you would like changed about the picture, just say so.

In order to make a good banner, the banner should have something to do with the public that is visiting your website... for example a couple of fotos of the team in action... only a thought...

Wanted to make one but can't view the other pages of your website, so can't get any photos either...

I have included the main logo in the design, but imo it looks a lot more tacky now...

Please notify me of any changes you would like...

PS: The logos you want us to include have very rough edges...i have used a bit of time "ripping" them propperly from your old site...if anyone else wants the nice verisons with antialiased edges, please PM me...

EDIT: Just wondered whether you have the original artwork for the tower from the logo. If i had just that, i might be able to include it in a nicer way.

BTW, the color values used on our site are:

White: 255,255,255 (#FFFFFF)
Tan: 249, 223, 178 (#F9DFB2)
Red: 203, 0, 23 (#CB0017)
Blue: 0, 49, 140 (#00318C)
