Flash & ASP.NET

Hi all,

does anyone experienced a combination of Flash (action script) and ASP.NET ?

I know ASP.NET and I knoe Action script, but know nothing about them working with each other. I dont know if it's even possible.

I want the flash to tlak to the server that contain a database and others...
is there another way of connecting flash site to database with no ASp.Net ? maybe XML ?

I never used ASP.NET couse i am a PHP girl but i think that the actual communication will be the same. I am kind of wondering how come u never cross the LoadVariables function in AS Smile

Go and look that one up in the flash help, it simply communicates with external scripts or files and can transfer vars through GET/POST method. There is no other way to communicate with DB within Flash so far. All my dynamic sites use Flash<->PHP<->MySQL communication, some dynamic content is loaded using XML files without the use of DB, but for that its better to use internal XML class in Flash rather than LoadVariables method.
