Very good tutorial.i think you are a great exonent of photoshop
Congratulations! Really the tutorial this good, very really very good, voce explained very well! He was voce that it made the tutorial one?
Tanks
stupid question about step 4:
why put a blurred render under the original? also i dont see the difference in the two pictures in step 4
Nice tut couple of mistakes but good for begginers!!
I found it helpful, and I'm using Gimp!
Still, took me a while to figure out some stuff, but only because I'm not using Photoshop.
Thanks a lot. If I ever make a sig that doesn't look like crap, it will be because of that tutorial
wow burzum i just realized this. very nice simple tutorial! It's those kinda things you realize you can do with only a few steps. Keep it up man
Simple and really good tutorial!
Cool outcomes ill give it a try when i get photoshop back.
i noticed those nice brushes you use what website can you download nice ones like that from
?
Deviantart is a good one.
Im lost at step 2. I don't understand how u made that background. The rest is simple
. And good job by the way!
he probably used a brush that looked pretty much like the background.
the nme brush is a little confusing, it's not just a small hairy thing you use to bring paint on a canvas. actualy it is more like a picture you can paint with

Aha yeah the brushes are in gimp, i worked it out now, im stupid!
they are just regular brushes. you don't have to use the exact ones he used.
For some reason when I go to New adjustment layer, the "Color Balance" is gray and I cannot click on it, ive tried re opening Photoshop, even tried making a hwole new one, what I did was first made the backround all black, then burshed a little in white, then made a new layer in "Soft Light" and brshued a little in black, then I go to New Layer, then New Adjustmentlayer, then color balance is blacked out, so did I do somthing wrong or somthing?
@ghost: Make sure you're in RGB color mode and not Greyscale. (Image>Mode>RGB Color)

Yeah, that was the problem, thanks for the help.
i'm a bit confused about the soft layer.
Can i do this in any program that supports layers / is it nesessary
ok soft layer = soft light
and in my oppinion the outcome isnt that great but then im prolly one of the best designers here
who wants me to make a tut for my sig
Ignoring the fact we have about ten designers here
hey reddish admit it me n u r like the best here (active designers) and brilliant beauty.
hey sorry for the flame/spam
Wow, it's basicly great for a basic sig. Altough my style is more filter use and photo manipulation, this tutorial is a great way to start making sig in photoshop.
colorizing, another way to make nice sigs,
learn to mix your colors
Awesome! I finally got Photoshop again, this is a great tut!
Thanks
