i need the driver for the vivitar vivicam35 digital camera. i have found no help on the vivitar website or a dozen driver sites. please help!!!!!

Well firstly you've not stated what OS you need the driver for.
Also is there any manufacturer details?
Have you tried emailing or calling the web contacts?
Did the camera come with drivers?
If so, could you go back to the shop and ask for a copy of the drivers disk?

Have you tried www.driverguide.com ? This is always a good place to start.
Many digital cameras don't need drivers under Win XP, it is simply detected as a removable drive which you can browse in Explorer.
It looks like this was a very cheap camera (~$20), so it might just be easier to buy a new one....
