Criterions For Special Ranks

Well, I would like to know which are the criterions for somebody arrive in one special rank (junior admin, moderator...)

The special ranks are only for the staff who work (?) at Frihost.
You can't really do anything to get a special rank.
The Moderators/JuniorAdmins or other members of the staff are chosen by our site administrator, Bondings, depending on the requirements at any given time.

The selection criterion is basically his own secret Wink

but he does discuss potential moderators with the current Moderators, and generally we all give our opinions on the members before any new Moderators are selected.

You can only become a Moderator if there is if Bondings (the main admin here) posts a notice asking for new moderators. If he does this, you make a new post telling him why you want to become a moderator.

But, I think we have enough moderators at the moment Very Happy
