Hey, I am just wondering if anyone could lead me in the right direction for how to set up my mail at my.... mail.subdomain.frih.net. I just need to know if there is a tutoral that would be good, or if someone could just let me know how to get started with that.

I would like to access the e-mail from the web. I currently access it through squrrel mail, and the other one offered by frihost. I have not created anything though.
squirrelmail is setup at http://username.frih.net/squirrelmail . so you can create a subdomain to redirect the page to the above address
