yes, i can say that yahoo's good but not the best, i think hotmail's even better despite the small storage. gmail may not be as good *yet* since it's still in beta but the features are good enough to eat my heart's content. i'm pretty contented with gmail's simple interface, fast loading, bigger attachment and so on... besides, it's google.. i trust google in some way and one of google's supporters of course.
If I leave my yahoo email alone for a couple days i get a few hundred spam messages. No thanks, gimmie gmail.
hehe, i use my yahoo mail mostly for signups etc.
As compared to Gmail, I think the gmail is better.
Firstly, they have study yahoo!mail and they make it better, such as the spam control, pop access, email space, quick and faster too.
Also, the interface is much neaty and user friendly.
yes,i think yahoo is good ...........
but gmail better in space .
If yahoo can improve their look and feel with some of the tricks that gmail does, they will be even better
i agree.. even though yahoo mail only offers 1GB vs the 2GB of Gmail, i still look at it as the best free email service.. comparing gmail, the only thing that i enjoy is the storage space.. but with yahoo, i enjoy every service is great.. the spam option of yahoo really works.. also, one thing good about yahoo is is has a lot of services like the geocities, the messenger, launchcast.. etc.. pretty cute service.. the only thing that i waiting for is the POP3 support for free account.. for what i know the only accounts that has a POP3 feacture is the one that are paying the Yahoo mail plus..

google actually has lot's of services, although it aren't viewable easily from the google website. that's actually the problem of some users, people don't know the power of google. there's too much in google compared to yahoo. besides you should remember that gmail's still in beta service. i'm sure it will be as great as yahoo in the near future, or even better. besides, pop3's available in google too. who needs more?
Yahoo increased it's storage capacity because they were intimidated by the GMail services. Just like MSN did with Hotmail.
Gmail, like meangurl said, offers literall dozens of services that others don't. Not to particularly make money now, but to see if they work.
You know it is company policy at Google that if you work there you HAVE to be working on a side project?
I think that is a pretty decent thing to do.
Yahoo is good for Messenger and a few others, but GMail offers the better service despite the few security bugs that are being corrected even as I type.
yes i agree.now,i am useimg my yahoo email .
i don't agree....... because I can't get a good ID name ........
Yeah definitely. Gmail, being newer and all, has many more usernames to choose from without having all of those numbers.
I think gmail (google mail) is the best. Because it has 2gb+ space and google quality...
Gmail is my main mail.I also have yahoo mail.
Gmail is the best. I use only gmail. But I use hotmail for MSN messenger
even though gmail is getting popular becuz of its large space....i still like yahoo better becuz its friendly use and looks better than gmail...
