my friend ask me "Why I cant open some security website ?"
he said that it will show something like this:

The website that you're probably going to has issues. Try it on a different computer to see if it will work for that one. If not, then post the link here and I'll tell you if I can access it or not.

Check the encryption key of your browser..most latest sites need 128bit encryption key

some old browsers are still with 64bit keys

as said either try with different browser or computer

do chk wether you have any firewalls and your cookie settings

as most secured sites need cookies

Try to access those directly instead of any proxies

May be his browser fobided downloading activeX .
U can have a try,open the downloading chioce
