So now they're all butt-hurt that we're FINALLY (supposedly) going to protect OUR border so they're saying to sue the US companies and send the money back to Mexico.
Seems to me that the US needs to act NOW to make it a felony to be here illegally, thus negating any suits that WILL be brought up because of this.
Ban them! Finish the fence and BAN THEM NOW!

I somewhat laughed at this pathetic defense of illegal immigration, then I was saddened. People out there who are "just tight like that" are actually taking away jobs from educated natural born US citizens.
If you are Hispanic, and born in America, with natural born parents, and higher ancestry being legal, then I have no problems. Those who come here illegally to leech off our lucrative society then I hope you die.
On another point, the US once stopped Japanese immigration due to excessive immigration and overcrowding. It was ok then so why not now? When Japanese immigration was suspended, the Japenese vote did not hold as much weight as the Hispanic vote of today. *sigh* politics... |

That's all my last post was about... Maybe we should start requiring more Economics classes in school. This wall idea must have been hatched be a group of kindergartners or possibly a group of university students.
The fact that Mexicans come up here and work for us for practically nothing then send what they don’t spend here back to Mexico to there families is not bad for our economy. In simple terms, imagine that there are two islands. You are on one and a Mexican is on the other. Which would you rather have. The Mexican doing all of your labor on your island while you draw up what to do or a little bit of money?
If Mexicans or any people continue coming into our country legally or illegally the way to preserve your self is to educate and retrain. And if you really want to keep Mexicans on the other side of the border the answer is not a silly wall. For crying out loud….a wall….
The answer to this “problem” is to embrace this little country. It has great potential! It’s standard of living is ever increasing despite our “exploitation” and it’s people are hard working.

It is interesting how negatively Mexico reacts at the prospect of the United States' enforcing its border policy. They certainly don't have a right to protest as the US has every right o defend its borders. Besides, Mexico has an extremly pro-active approach on their southern borders and attempt to cut off th entry of other migrants. This is simply hypocritical on their part.
It is interesting that the Bush administration is so keen on promoting the virtues of the free market - but not it would seem to the free movement of people.

Whether you like it or not, cheap foreign labor force is a pillar to US Competitive Economy. Wake Up you xenophobic crowds that is what makes your country such a strong nation. Do not fight against it find a way to embrace it in an intelligent manner. Many unemployed US citizens do not have a job because they do not want to, because they are expecting something better. Most of the Jobs taken by inmigrants are jobs that no gringo would take. So come on be realistic. On the other hand there are jobs in inmmigrant hands that many gringos long for but hey they just do not have what it takes. That is called competitiveness, it is the global era, get used to it, besides it was a gringo´s invention (globalisation), learn to play by you own rules.
