what do you mean "buy a good website"?
I think you want to buy a nice website layout, right? Because of the lack of designer skills...If that is indeed the case, your question is really "open" because, what do you want to show potential visitors, what is the purpose for this site. Do you want to entertain people, sell anything, or just hav something nice with foto's, etc.
There are a lot of people active as website designers, wizkids as well as profesional agencies...it depends how fancy you want to have it...the cost is in the time someone will spend making your site.
Or maybe there are people here on the forum that want to design you something...who knows...
