Well, since I have installed Norton AntiVirus 2005, my PC is quite OK.
But when startup it takes about 2 minutes to load everything.
How do I solve this matter?
MY PC SPECS:
Microsoft Windows XP Pro SP2
Intel Pentium 4 1.8Ghz
256 DDR
give me pictures of msconfig.
Run --> msconfig
Startup Tab. give me pics of it, i'll tell you which ones to remove.
or just type all teh program names in msconfig (startup)
Norton is the antivirus who slower a system the most.Whatever you do if want a real-time protection, you can not disable any function in scan engine because it not working.Norton is ok only if you have more than 256 mb of memory, even then you will see some slowness...
Try to use some other piece of software,Kaspersky,TrendMicro, etc
Norton AntiVirus is bloatware, and I would recommend going to atleast 512mb of ram and also removeing anything you dont need in the startup folder and do a defrag.

its under msconfig and i told him to give me a list of wateva the crap he has in it
.
Moved to the Computer Problems and support forum.
I am using 512MB ram now, and still I am finding it not enough.
Seriously 256MB is not enough for winxp now. Do upgrade the ram first before you do any other configuration.
It would save you alot of trouble later on...

NeroCheck nerocheck.exe Associated with "Nero Burning Rom" CD writing software. Checks for driver issues
NeroCheck regedit.exe Added by the DOOMJUICE.B WORM! Note - this is not the valid Ahead Nero CD burning program. Also it is not the valid Windows registry editor which resides in C:\Windows or C:\Winnt wheras this version resides in C:\Windows\System (Win9x/Me), C:\Winnt\System32 (WinNT/2K) or C:\Windows\System32 (WinXP)

So based on all this decided what you should do.
Thanks for your help n0obie4life!
and also you can close some services of xp
start run serviecs.msc
you can close the services which you dont use but be careful and take notes which service you close and if any problem occurs open thar services again
