I think it'd be nice to see a forum for discussing computer graphics programs and graphics, like the GIMP and such.

Such a thing does exist on Aki forums.
It's alright, although I don't spend much time there. (graphics aren't completely my thing)
It's a much less busy forum, but it may give you an Idea of what people would post in such a place.
