I didn't see anything about it mentioned in the TOS but I wanted to make sure, are we allowed to put ads on our sites? Paid ads or not? Any restrictions?

Yes you can put ads on your sites, as long as there not porn ads.
Oh goodie. I didn't want porn anyways.
