hi i live in belguim and every year we got a top 2000,2001,2002:2003,2004,2005,...

and it's almost 10 years that queen wins the top

This is a dumb concept. You make lists at the end of the year for a year wrap up, not an all-time singles list. If you wanna do that, just do it, don't slap a year label on it.

Well,

Hip-hop wise, i think that the rookie 'The Game' took the year without a doubt,

He dropped 'Dreams' , 'Hate it or Love it' and 'Put You on the Game' they were all very good singles. He also did i believe 3 mixtapes that just blew my mind, they were all disses and funny, but there we some good lyrical track in there so good stuff.

Kanye only pop-up in july with his single. but game has been on the top of the page since november '04 plus kanye only did 3 tracks i believe for a mixtape. also Game dropped the 'Stop Snitchin' Stop Lying' DVD and Mixtape. I'll give Kanye second place.

It ain't about the singles- it's about the album and it's continuity. Late Registration is full of that. Kanye is a musician, not a rapper... The Game... well, he's just a rapper.

The music is what separates the men from the boys here.

actually music is what separates a producer from a rapper. i believer that when it comes to this rap game 'lyrics' is what separates them.

It's not really logical to have an all-time greatest list every year being that a significant number of "greatest hists" doesn't come out every year. What you should have is a yearly chart of the greatest songs and possibly see if the top 3 are candidates for the all time list or something along those lines.
