Just to clarify, are flash (.swf files) allowed on your hosting server? Also, are exes allowed? Becuase i plan to have lots of flash content on my site whenever it goes up.

Both SWF and EXE files are allowed as long as they are legal and do not voilate the TOS in anyway.
