I dont think that is a problem as long as your allowed to use the sound clip and not just stealing it from the rightful owner. I am unsure...

ok i have permission to use the player its free for any one to use the same goes for the loop's i or firend usualy makes em

Ok, then after getting an account, ask for the music permission in the 'request an account change' forum (the form isn't up yet).
