Are you talking about like modding a map or the whole starcraft game. I seen starcraft mods before. Like where all the units diffrent and everything is completely diffrent.

I don't think he is talking about "Use Map Settings" maps.

I think it is very illegal for any mods in some games. So, the prgrammers like us to use their products without any mods. Programmers can not fix some bugs in their products if having any mods, I think.
If acceptable, we can mod some maps or scences. But, make the game more attractive!
There is a Starcraft mod called Revenge of Xel'Naga which (i think) ports the Starcraft game into the Warcraft III engine.

If there was a program for it I would have used it already... you could probably find the code used to make Starcraft then use that code and alter it to make your own.
i've played the starcraft gundam mod. they edited terran if i'm not mistaken. nothing HUGE has changed tho. Everything's just teh same.
