Problem: last letter of my username got cut off up-10 frih$
I will give up to 10 frih$ to people giving me a good response
here is what i got in my e-mail after being accepted to hosting a website
Username: solarwin
Password: XXXXXXXXX
Domain: solarwind.frih.net
To log in immediately, follow this link, using your username and password:
XXXX
(i just replaced some stuff with XXXXs to protect sensitive info)
as you can notice, my real username is "solarwind", without the quotes, but to login to the directadmin, i have to use "solarwin", and the last letter got cut off, as you can see in the e-mail.
and to login to direct admin, i have to use the username solarwin, and "solarwind" (with the d at the end) does not work
any reasons for this?

Yeah, happened with mine. It's hardly a huge problem though, is it?
My username for the directadmin "solarwind" has 9 characters so you mean it could be an 8 character cutoff. Also, it could it be a typing mistake by the staff/admins? I private messaged them but still got no response. Any more help/similar problems will help. So if you had a similar problem, tell me because I will know what to expect.

Did you get an 8 character cutoff or a last letter cutoff? Or where exactly did it get cutoff?
