How do we add Moderators in phpBB and add FRIH$(I will keep a different name, Just need the procedure)!!

Only the Site Admin of the phpBB forum can make moderators. Just go to the administators panel, login, go to Members > Permissions > typ a name, and then you can select in what topic he may be moderator so
