Underground Hiphop Artists

A long time ago, I got fed up with the crappy commercialized music on the radio and turned to underground music, mostly hiphop. The beats are a lot more chill and people aren't always rapping about how hadcore they are or how many girls they pull. All in all the best music is on the down low, in my opinion. Does anybody else listen to a lot of underground hiphop, and if you do, what are some of your favorite artists?

Also, I love some of the hiphop from around 1993. Not neccessarily just underground:

Well, never heard of those underground bands you're talking about, but i'm not deep into hip-hop. I'm from serbia and know of (and listen) to local and croatioan underground bands. My favorite foreign rap band would be LoopTroop/Promoe from Sweden.
