What exactly are you looking for ? A CMS that supports flash adverts ? That shouldn't be a problem for majority of the CMSes out there. If you are looking for creating Flash based portlets, then you might be interested in OpenLaszlo http://www.openlaszlo.org
However, it seems that OpenLaszlo requires Java. I don't know the system requirements exactly, so you might have a look through the documentation.
If you are looking for Ajax goodness, try Wordpress http://wordpress.org . It's not a complete CMS like Joomla (more of a blogging software), but the latest Wordpress (version 2.0) reportedly has inbuilt support for Ajax.
