Elizabeth George Mysteries

I'm not a huge fan of the mystery genre, but I like books on tape in the car. I sometimes can't be that picky at the public library.

I got "In the Presence of the Enemy" out over Thanksgiving and have really enjoyed it. The characters are very quirky and have alot of back story and psychological depth. I went to her website and was amazed to learn that while all her mysteries are set in England with English characters, that she is an American who has always lived in California and only traveled to England for research.

Anyone who likes all things British (Anglophile) like me would enjoy these novels.

Great naration on the audio book if you like them: http://www.recordedbooks.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=rb.show_prod&book_id=55432&prod_id=94718
