this post makes me very afraid. I have a Dell Axim that I have yet to bring on an airplane, but I'm worried that other people are doing this.

It's mostly cell phones that need to be worried about, laptops are in the clear as they do not use microwave transmissions like cell phones. Newer cell phones are using less and less microwave technology. So, soon, we could be able to call someone while on a plane. They already have satilitte TV on planes.
