They are both great games, and some games of the FIFA series weren't very good. But this one is. I have to say Pro Evolution 5.

pro evolution soccer 5 is much better
it has just easier game play
and it makes much more fun
fifa takes very much time to load something
and the controls are very confusing
it also has a lot of bugs
but fifa 06 is much better than the old series
