1. Images look bad when stretched that wide, get correctly sized images to begin with. More than a few pixels stretch and blah 
2. The lower text area which is where you want people to look at needs to be larger. I reccomend moving or removing the google search bar.and moving the two boxes on the right to the main texts left column. A header that is stationary can be a good thing but this is just too large.
3. Do you really need the intro page?

Thanks for the constructive views and taken on board. I am now in the process of re=designing the site with those views in mind. Hopefully it will look more professional and less obvious as being amateurish.

Use more CSS and no frames please,they are slow.Try learning php. And look into photoshop

good jobYea, um why the intro page. Its pretty useless IMHO.
WITH development of CMS, why on earth you thought using frames will look great. anyways your website has got whole lot of errors. so better check it.
