Now anyone have the code to add a forum by any chance. i could really use one so when i update my games for my site i can add a forum to discuss things lol. help would be really appreciated.

Well, I'm sure in the Control Panel of the forum you use, there's the option to "Add a forum"
In phpBB it's --> ACP --> Management

There are a couple of free places that host forums.
I use www.conforums.com
They're easy to administrate and quick to sign up - and free of course! They're also very full featured but as always, read up on the features before you sign up just to make sure! I'm pretty sure they only have banner ads but I've used a popup blocker for years now so I couldn't tell you if they use popups.

I wouldn't recommend hosting your own forum as that's a lot more work and it puts more strain on the bandwidth and space that Frihost provide.
