All I know - the newest version of PHP Nuke is 7.9:
-some security fixes,
-e-mail validation fixes,
-block fixes...

Sounds like something you'd have to pay for (which is against the TOS anyways...).
NO its for free and also open source as phpnuke just a whole fully updated and secured phpnuke package, so modifeid with addons ect
techgfx was the first to use this platinum phpnuke package and supported it too, now its temporarely closed cause techgfx is making a new one platinum version.
support for my platinum site i initially got from www.techgfx.com i now find at not many other sites if i will i will hollah here and drop their links also if u need help with em hollah here like i said my site is on a optimized phpnuke platinum engine have a look !
